Based in Kenya and working globally, Jess combines strategic leadership expertise with a deeply human, coaching-led approach.
Her career spans senior leadership roles across international conservation and development, including extensive work in post-conflict and rapidly changing environments. She has led multicultural teams, managed large donor-funded programs, advised boards and senior leaders, and built partnerships across government, civil society, philanthropy, and the private sector. This breadth of experience allows her to support leaders navigating complexity, competing priorities, and high-stakes decision-making with grounded perspective and practical insight.
